The cat scratch deterrent shields use a kind of simple protective film principle, but it does be effective. It's very easy to apply. It consists of two layers of PET protective film and a layer of PET tape. You only peel off the first layer with 'up' label. Then it's very convenient for you to stick the area where cats often scratch. Of course, you also can cut the right size you wants. I apply it to the different places, such as the door, table legs and so on. The biggest difference between this protective shields and the other similar products is much safer because of being without pins. I think pins can damage my furniture although it's very tiny. So I definitely recommend this pins free design. My kittly Clikky is scratching my sofa again. Not as previous scratching, she stands still and then turns her head to scratch the area. After a few times, she finally leaves this area. I have to admit that the protective film does work.

Very effective product! It is very easy to use. Peel and stick. It is in a good thickness and very strong. Very large and good size. I can cover a lot of area with one package. The sticky side is nicely made, so it doesn't come off my sofa easy. Really 100% prove for cat's scratch.

My kitty scratched the area nearby the place with this furniture scratch guards. She tried to bite scratch deterrent shields. Surprisingly, even without pins, this Furnish Scratch Guards sticks enough that my cat can’t tear it off. At the same time, it does protect my furniture.

With the film on it simply protects the couch and still usable.

With the film removed, the cat is trained to avoid the sticky area, and that last even after you remove the tape.

Versatile design. Like this pins free tape. highly recommend.

It really works! my cats were pretty good about scratching furniture, until they went for my couch. Then I was looking for something to save my couch and this did the trick. It's clear you can't really see it and the cats don't even attempt to scratch.

This is a good furniture scratch guard for my smooth fabric sofa. It sticks to the surface without pins. It worked really well. I was attempting to try it on my leather office chair. But it has been scratched by my cat Loicy, I can’t risk further damage it. Wish I knew this earlier.

When removed, the tape leaves residue. I mailed to the seller and they responded quickly. They gave a brilliant solution - simply use the removed tape to tape off the residue. Very professional.
